Savell Consulting helps organizations fix broken intake and follow-up systems — ensuring families don’t fall through procedural gaps that keep them cycling through homelessness and crisis.

Founded by Darryl Savell, a systems reform strategist and Family Voice Advocate, the practice works at the intersection of policy, lived experience, and frontline implementation. The focus is clear: when intake systems fail, families remain stuck. When communication breaks down between agencies, services stall. When policy overlooks real-world barriers, the most vulnerable pay the price.
